Twenty years in the trenches. Still learning.
Global Supply Chain Director. Based in Seeheim-Jugenheim, Germany. Originally from Poland. Writing for C-level and general management who care about cost, service, and sales.
How I got here.
I am a Global Supply Chain leader, currently based in Germany, originally from Poland. My work sits at the intersection of operational execution and systems thinking. Order without rigidity. Problem-solving without noise.
Today I lead global supply chain planning for more than 10 business units. Before that, I established integrated supply chain models across EMEA, developed enterprise data foundations, and scaled major procurement hubs from scratch. Along the way I built the teams, the standards, and the playbooks that turn supply chain work into cost reduction and revenue growth.
What I write about is the part nobody tells you in the boardroom. The delta between the slide deck and the shop floor. Where effective operations actually move the P&L, and where good intentions quietly die.

Operating principles.
Bottom line up front.
Start with the conclusion. Context second. Decision-makers have minutes, not hours.
Execution over theory.
Presentations do not run supply chains. Data, clear metrics, and operational readiness do.
P&L, not PowerPoint.
Good operations show up in cost, service, and sales. If a change does not move one of those, it is a slide, not a result.
Body and work are the same system.
CrossFit. Hyrox. Early mornings. Discipline in the body is the easiest training ground for discipline in the work. Family first, always.
